1 loaf of Italian bread or French bread
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375F (190C).
Slice the loaf of bread into 1-inch pieces, being careful not to cut all the way through to the bottom.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, chopped basil, and chopped parsley.
Carefully brush the garlic and herb butter mixture between the slices of bread.
Fill the slices with shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan cheese, and cherry tomato halves. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Unwrap the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
