Ingredients

– 4 chicken tenderloins, boneless and skinless
– 12 oz can of evaporated milk
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
– 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/4 cup butter
– 1 can cream of chicken soup
– 1/4 cup water


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Pour a small amount of evaporated milk into a dish for dipping the chicken tenderloins.
3. Combine flour, salt, and pepper in a separate dish.
4. Dip each chicken tenderloin in evaporated milk, then roll it in the seasoned flour.
5. In a 13×9 inch baking pan, melt the butter in the preheated oven.
6. Place the coated chicken tenderloins in the melted butter and bake for 30 minutes.
7. Meanwhile, mix the water, cream of chicken soup, and remaining evaporated milk together in a bowl.
8. After 30 minutes, turn the chicken tenderloins over and pour the soup mixture over them.
9. Continue baking for another 30 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked.
