Ingredients

– 1 large cabbage, chopped
– 2 small onions, diced
– 2 cans of stewed tomatoes
– 1 pouch Lipton Onion Soup Mix, any flavor
– 1 large celery stalk, chopped finely
– 1-2 pounds ground tenderloin
– 1 teaspoon chili powder
– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. In a large saucepan, fill halfway with water and bring to a boil.
2. Add the cabbage, onions, tomatoes, and celery to the boiling water. Reduce the heat, and let it simmer.
3. In a separate pan, brown the ground tenderloin, ensuring to drain any excess fat.
4. Stir in the Lipton Onion Soup Mix, chili powder, smoked paprika, and any other spices you like into the simmering vegetables.
5. Add the cooked ground tenderloin to the vegetable mixture, and continue to simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot and enjoy!
