1 lb chicken tenderloin, diced

3 cups chicken broth
2 cups egg noodles
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup half and half

Instructions
1. Cook Chicken: In a large pot, cook the diced chicken tenderloin, diced carrot, and diced onion over medium heat until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are softened.
2. Add Chicken Broth: Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a boil.
