– 1 large bunch celery, chopped small
– 1 small head cabbage, chopped
– 1 onion, diced
– 6 cups vegetable broth
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1-2 carrots, sliced (optional)
– 1-2 bell peppers, chopped (optional)
– A pinch of red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)


Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients:

– Chop the cabbage, dice the onion, slice the carrots, and chop the bell peppers and celery into small pieces.
