Notes

1. Preheat the grill or a skillet to medium-high heat. Rub the chicken tenderloins with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

2. Grill or cook the chicken tenderloins for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and nicely charred. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before slicing.
