– 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 2 large eggs
– 1 12-ounce can evaporated milk
– 1 tablespoon instant espresso powder
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
– 1/3 cup brown sugar
– 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed


Instructions
