Ingredients:

– 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
– 8 oz (225 g) pasta, elbow or shells
– 6 slices of turkey bacon, chopped
– 1/2 cup onion, diced
– 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
– 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
– 1/2 cup pickles, diced (optional)
– 1/2 cup ketchup
– 1/4 cup mustard
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
4. In the same skillet, add the ground beef and onion. Cook until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent. Drain excess fat.
5. Add the cooked pasta, turkey bacon, ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper, and half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses to the skillet. Stir to combine.
6. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with the remaining cheeses.
7. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve warm.
