Ingredients
– 1 package of vanilla ice cream
– 1 package of mango ice cream
– 1 package of raspberry ice cream
– 1 package of lime sherbet
– 1 cup crushed graham crackers
– 1 cup multicolored sprinkles
– 1/2 cup whipped cream
– Edible glitter optional
Instructions
1. Allow the vanilla, mango, and raspberry ice creams to soften at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
2. Line a 9-inch round cake pan with plastic wrap, leaving some overhang.
3. Spread the softened vanilla ice cream evenly into the bottom of the pan.
4. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the vanilla ice cream layer.
5. Layer the mango ice cream on top of the graham cracker layer, smoothing it out evenly.
6. Add a layer of lime sherbet on top of the mango ice cream layer.
7. Spread the softened raspberry ice cream on top of the lime sherbet layer.
8. Cover the cake with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.
9. Just before serving, remove the cake from the pan and remove the plastic wrap. Decorate with whipped cream, multicolored sprinkles, and a sprinkle of edible glitter if desired.
