Ingredients
– 1 pound chicken tenderloin, diced
– 24 wonton wrappers
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon sesame oil
– 2 green onions, finely chopped
– 1 clove garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
– 4 cups chicken broth
– 1 cup baby bok choy, chopped
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine the diced chicken tenderloin, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix well to marinate the chicken mixture.
2. Place a teaspoon of the chicken mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold to seal, pressing gently to remove any air.
3. Bring the chicken broth to a simmer in a large pot. Add the wontons and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Stir in the chopped bok choy and continue cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until the wontons are fully cooked and the bok choy is tender.
5. Serve hot, garnished with extra green onions if desired.
