Ingredients

– 1 large cauliflower, chopped
– Water, enough to cover the cauliflower
– 1 cup diced onions
– 2 cups milk
– 3 vegetable bouillon cubes
– 2 tablespoons flour
– 2 tablespoons dried thyme
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon pepper
– 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, plus more for garnish
– 2 turkey tenderloins, cooked and diced, for garnish


Instructions
