– 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
– 1 teaspoon cumin
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 medium onion, diced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
