Ingredients
– 1 pound ground turkey tenderloin
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 small onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 large bell peppers, chopped
– 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
– 4 cups chicken broth
– 1 teaspoon dried basil
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 cup cooked rice
– Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the ground turkey tenderloin, cooking until browned and crumbled.
4. Add the chopped bell peppers and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
