Ingredients

– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup plain yogurt
– 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
– 1 tablespoon butter, melted


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, yogurt, baking powder, and salt until a soft dough forms.
2. Divide the dough into four equal parts and roll each into a ball.
3. On a floured surface, roll out each ball into a flat round shape.
4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
5. Cook each flatbread for about 2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
6. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
