– 1 pound turkey tenderloin, cooked and shredded
– 2 cans (15 ounces each) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 cup sweet corn, fresh or frozen
– 1 poblano pepper, roasted and diced
– 1 red bell pepper, roasted and diced
– 1 medium onion, chopped
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 teaspoons ground cumin
– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
– 4 cups chicken broth
– Salt and pepper to taste
