Ingredients

– 1 cup pastina pasta
– 2 boneless chicken tenderloins, diced
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 clove garlic, minced
– 2 cups chicken broth
– 1 cup milk
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced chicken tenderloins and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add the pastina pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente and most of the liquid is absorbed, about 6-7 minutes.
4. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the milk and Parmesan cheese. Continue to stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
5. Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley. Enjoy your warm bowl of comfort.
