Ingredients
– 12 wonton wrappers
– 200 grams ground pork
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon sesame oil
– 1 garlic clove, minced
– 2 teaspoons grated ginger
– 4 cups chicken broth
– 2 packs of instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
– 100 grams baby bok choy, chopped
– 1 carrot, julienned
– 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix the ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Place a teaspoon of the pork mixture onto the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, fold to form a triangle, and press to seal.
3. In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a gentle boil over medium heat. Add the wontons carefully and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
4. Add ramen noodles to the pot and cook according to package instructions.
5. Stir in the baby bok choy and carrots, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
