Ingredients

– 2 pounds of potatoes, cut into wedges
– 3 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 6 slices of turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Ensure they are evenly coated.
3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
4. Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
5. Remove the potatoes from the oven and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled turkey bacon.
6. Return the potatoes to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
