2 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

For the Dressing:

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon dried oregano


Instructions

Grill the Chicken Tenderloin:

Preheat your grill to medium heat.
Season the chicken tenderloin with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of dried oregano.
Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Let it rest before slicing.
