Ingredients
– 1 package of phyllo pastry cups
– 2 cups turkey tenderloin, cooked and shredded
– 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
– 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
– 1/2 cup green onions, finely sliced
– 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
– 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the turkey tenderloin, dried cranberries, walnuts, green onions, cream cheese, and fresh rosemary. Mix until well incorporated.
3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Fill each phyllo pastry cup with a generous spoonful of the turkey cranberry mixture.
