Ingredients

– 1 pound chicken tenderloin, diced
– 1 can of corn
– 1 can of black beans
– 1 can of diced tomatoes
– 1 packet of taco seasoning
– 1 cup of shredded cheese
– 1 cup of crushed tortilla chips


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350F.
2. In a skillet, cook the diced chicken tenderloin over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain any excess liquid.
3. Add in the corn, black beans, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning. Stir until well combined.
