– 2 blood oranges, sliced into rounds
– 3-4 kiwis, peeled and sliced into rounds
– 1 small papaya, peeled, seeded, and cubed
– 2 cups cantaloupe, cut into cubes
– 1 pineapple, peeled and cut into chunks

Instructions

Prepare the Fruits:
– Blueberries: Rinse and drain well.
– Raspberries: Rinse gently to avoid crushing.
– Strawberries: Hull and slice the strawberries in half.
– Oranges: Peel and segment, removing any seeds.
– Blood Oranges: Slice into thin rounds for added visual appeal.
– Kiwis: Peel and slice into rounds.
– Papaya: Peel, remove the seeds, and cut into cubes.
– Cantaloupe: Cut into cubes after removing the seeds.
– Pineapple: Peel, core, and cut into bite-sized chunks.

Arrange the Platter:
1. Start with the larger fruit pieces, such as papaya, pineapple, and cantaloupe cubes, forming the base of the platter.
2. Add the blood orange slices and kiwi rounds next, spreading them evenly for color contrast.
3. Create sections with the strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries for bursts of red and blue.
4. Place the orange segments around the platter, adding extra vibrancy.

Garnish and Serve:
– Garnish with fresh mint leaves and edible flowers for an exotic touch.
– Serve immediately, or keep chilled until ready to serve.
