Ingredients
– 1 mango, cubed
– 1 small pineapple, peeled and cubed
– 1 cup raspberries
– 1 cup blueberries
– 1 cup strawberries, halved
– 1 cup green grapes
– 1 cup red or black grapes
– 1 cup cherries, pitted
– 1 cup mandarin oranges, peeled and segmented
– 2 cups Greek yogurt
– 1 cup granola

Instructions
1. Prepare the Fruits:
– Mango: Peel and cube the mango.
– Pineapple: Peel and cut the pineapple into bite-sized cubes.
– Raspberries & Blueberries: Wash thoroughly.
– Strawberries: Wash and halve the strawberries.
– Grapes: Wash the green and red/black grapes.
– Cherries: Wash and pit the cherries.
– Mandarins: Peel and segment the mandarins.
2. Arrange the Parfait Platter:
– On a large serving platter, place a bowl of Greek yogurt in the center.
– Surround the yogurt with sections of mango cubes and pineapple cubes.
– In other sections, arrange the raspberries, blueberries, and halved strawberries.
– Add the green and red/black grapes, and place the cherries nearby.
