2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon cumin powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste


Instructions

1. Prepare the Vegetables:
Thinly slice the cucumbers and red onion.
Chop the avocados into bite-sized pieces.
If using, chop the fresh cilantro.

2. Prepare the Marinade:
In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, extra virgin olive oil, honey, minced garlic, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well blended.
