Ingredients

Scale

1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup coconut milk from a can or carton
1/2 cup Greek yogurt, optional for added creaminess
1/2 banana, sliced, preferably frozen for extra creaminess
1 tablespoon shredded coconut, optional for added texture
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, optional for added sweetness
1/2 cup ice cubes, optional for a thicker smoothie

Instructions

1. Prepare the Ingredients:
Slice the banana and measure out the mango chunks.
If using fresh mango, consider freezing the chunks beforehand for a creamier texture.

2. Blend the Smoothie:
In a blender, combine the mango chunks, coconut milk, Greek yogurt if using, sliced banana, shredded coconut if using, and honey or maple syrup if using.
Add a handful of ice cubes if you prefer a thicker smoothie.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides of the blender if necessary.

3. Adjust Consistency:
If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more coconut milk and blend again until you reach the desired consistency.

4. Serve:
Pour the smoothie into glasses.
Garnish with extra shredded coconut, mango slices, or a sprinkle of chia seeds if desired.

5. Enjoy:
Serve immediately and enjoy this refreshing and tropical Mango Coconut Bliss Smoothie, perfect for any time of day!

Notes

For an extra tropical twist, you can add a splash of pineapple juice or a few chunks of pineapple to the smoothie.
Customize the smoothie by adding a scoop of protein powder or a handful of spinach for added nutrition.
This smoothie is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 day. Stir well before serving if stored.
