Ingredients
– 2 chicken tenderloins, seasoned and grilled
– 1/2 cucumber, sliced
– 1 ripe tomato, sliced
– 1/2 avocado, mashed
– 4 olives, pitted and halved
– 1/4 cup hummus
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley for garnish
– Optional: Pita bread or your choice of flatbread
Instructions
1. Season the chicken tenderloins with salt and pepper, then grill until fully cooked and golden. Set aside.
2. Arrange the sliced cucumber, tomato, and olives on a serving plate.
3. Add a scoop of mashed avocado to one side of the plate.
4. Place the grilled chicken tenderloins on the plate beside the vegetables.
