Ingredients
1 lb chicken tenderloin, sliced thinly
1 lb baby bok choy, washed and halved
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 cup vegetable broth
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp cornstarch optional for thicker sauce
2 tbsp water if using cornstarch
Instructions
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and chicken tenderloin. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Add the bok choy and stir-fry for about 3 minutes until it starts to wilt.
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and vegetable broth.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and bok choy. Toss to coat and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
If you prefer a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with water, pour it into the skillet, and stir until the sauce thickens.
Serve hot as a main dish with steamed rice for a complete meal.
