Ingredients
1 lb shrimp, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp chili paste
1 package wonton wrappers
8 cups vegetable broth
2 cups spinach leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
Sesame oil for drizzling
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix shrimp, carrots, bell peppers, garlic, chili paste, salt, and pepper.
2. Place a small spoonful of filling in each wonton wrapper, fold and seal.
3. Bring vegetable broth to a boil and add wontons; cook for 5-7 minutes until they float.
4. Add spinach and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Serve hot, drizzled with sesame oil.
