2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1/4 cup goat cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup walnuts, toasted


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large bowl, toss the acorn squash pieces with maple syrup, olive oil, ground cinnamon, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
