1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
1/2 cup cooked turkey, chopped
1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Honey, for drizzling
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400F (200C).
Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
Roast for 20-25 minutes until tender.
Remove from the oven and mix in turkey and goat cheese.
