Ingredients

Scale

8 turkey tenderloins, seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
1 cup fresh orange segments or canned mandarin oranges, drained
Fresh rosemary sprigs
For the Glaze:
1 cup honey
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp ginger, grated
1 tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tbsp water

Instructions

Prepare the Glaze: In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, orange juice, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sea salt, black pepper, garlic, and ginger. Stir until well combined. Slowly add the cornstarch mixture, stirring constantly until the glaze thickens. Remove from heat and set aside.

Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Sear the Turkey: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Sear the turkey tenderloin on both sides until golden brown, but not fully cooked. Avoid overcrowding the pan. Drain any excess fat or liquid.

Bake the Turkey: Pour the prepared glaze over the turkey and top with orange segments and rosemary sprigs. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked. If needed, drain off any excess liquid before serving.

Serve: Serve hot with your favorite sides, savoring the vibrant citrus and herb flavors.
