1 pound pizza dough
1 cup cooked chicken tenderloin, shredded
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 jalapeño, sliced
1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
1 small red onion, sliced
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
Olive oil
Sour cream or salsa for dipping


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400F (200C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
Spread the shredded chicken, cheese, jalapeño, black beans, and red onion evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle taco seasoning on top.
Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other and pinch the edges to seal.
Brush the top with olive oil and cut slits for steam to escape.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Let it cool slightly before slicing. Serve with sour cream or salsa.
