Ingredients

– 12 oz fettuccine
– 2 cups heavy cream
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
– 2 chicken tenderloins, sliced
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish


Instructions

1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken tenderloin, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer. Stir in the additional salt, black pepper, and paprika if using.
5. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until it melts and the sauce thickens.
6. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese until creamy.
7. Combine the cooked fettuccine with the Alfredo sauce, mixing well to coat the pasta. Add the cooked chicken tenderloin slices and stir to combine.
