Ingredients
1 round Brie cheese
1 loaf of bread for the bowl
4 thin slices of chicken tenderloin
3 tbsp fig spread
2 tbsp balsamic glaze
Fresh rosemary for garnish, optional
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F (175C).
Carefully cut out the top section of the bread to create a bowl and place the Brie in the center.
Spread the fig over the top of the Brie, then layer the chicken tenderloin slices around it.
Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the entire top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
Garnish with fresh rosemary if desired, and serve warm with pieces of the bread for dipping.
