Ingredients

Chicken:
– 2 chicken tenderloins, boneless and skinless, diced
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
– Salt and pepper, to taste

Garlic Sauce:
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
– 120 ml heavy cream
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– Salt and black pepper, to taste

Wraps:
– 4 large flour tortillas
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or a blend
– 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Chicken: Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the diced chicken tenderloins and season with garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté until the chicken is browned and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Set aside.

2. Create the Garlic Sauce: In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Simmer until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.

3. Assemble the Wraps: Lay the flour tortillas flat and sprinkle a layer of cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese on each. Add a portion of the cooked chicken tenderloins and drizzle with the creamy garlic sauce.

4. Wrap and Serve: Fold the tortillas over the filling and either serve as is or heat them in a dry skillet for a crispy finish. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
